Thanks to his son Casper, a useless apprentice kidnapper, Vladimiro meets Napoleon, the unscrupulous owner of a water park that has won many enemies and very dangerous.

While Vladimiro locks himself in the bunker with Napoleon, in Aquamundo the calamities have no end.
