Former Mixed Martial Arts champion turned cop, Johnny Parker, is invited by his younger brother Rory to attend an exclusive, but dangerous underground MMA fight organized by Vincent DeChant. Rory is confronted by Vincent about his failure with the police raid at the drug plant. Karina is unhappy with Carlito's operations in Vincent's crime ring.

Johnny and Rory arrive at the fight, meeting up with Sophie and Aven. After being arrested, Johnny is interrogated by FBI Detective Blake Amstat. Vincent and Karina give Rory his next job. Karina compromises Carlito's position in the crime ring and Purcell tries to defend him to Vincent.

Johnny decides to fight for Vincent. Vincent sets up a test fight for Johnny. In charge and threaten, Karina recruits an illegal immigrant Jesus, to fight Johnny, hoping he can defeat him.
