Levi is back to show the world how the Amish really live; Ohio boss, Merlin is threatened when Sam Mullet is released from prison; Caleb becomes increasingly frustrated with Levi¹s lack of respect and decides to accept an offer from Alan.

Rogue Mennonites invade Lancaster; Levi receives frantic calls to return home; Merlin creates an Ordnung and confronts the Governor.

The Amish elders ask Levi and Merlin to join forces. Levi then mobilizes the Amish to vote for the first-time ever while Merlin and Mary go after one of Doug¹s men.

Levi searches for answers and allies as a long-held Amish secret is put in jeopardy of being exposed. The Mennonites step up attacks on Levi's business interests but tensions begin to arise between Alan and Doug over broken promises. Merlin continues his holy pursuit and puts pressure on Levi to pony up funds.

Levi asks the bishops for an Ordnung change; Doug and Alan track down a deacon who¹s collecting Amish Aid; the Constable attempts to find out why Levi has been socializing with an English woman.

The auction looms large as Levi and the Mennonites battle for control of the Book of Menno. The Constable steps up his investigation into Levi, but he may have gone too far. Merlin and Mary find themselves in NYC after confronting uncomfortable truths about their Amish upbringing. Doug and his crew dig for the book as Levi tries to deal with the government and upcoming election.

Tensions mount as upcoming elections for governor approach; Levi gets a visit from Susanna; Doug orders an act of revenge.

Secrets are revealed about Levi and the Amish Mafia during the finale of the series. Also, Doug leaves his followers and Alan steps up to assume responsibility for the community.

In the series finale, secrets are revealed and alliances tested when Levi writes a controversial book after being shunned by the Amish.
