Choice of one after the other wrong decision has led the four friends Nikhil, Kavi, Subbu and Varun with no place to live and all cashed out. Evicted from the flat in the middle of the night, these four friends and colleagues now spend their nights in their sassy car. However a good news is just around the corner for them - a flat at a cheap price but with a twist. What's the twist?

You may think that past bad choices help you make a better decision in future. Well, certainly this was not the case with these four. Filled with glee over the new flat, now it is time to celebrate big and invite all their friends to the new house, including the new pretty girl in office - Mausam. While the boys are trying to get her attention at the party and win her heart, the house has planned a surprise of its own. The truth that is lurking in the house, reveals itself. What is it?

Once again the lives of boys have taken an unexpected turn and they have nowhere to go but to the haunted house. However, this time they have a new flatmate, the pretty girl from the office who has come to live with them, not knowing about the spirits who wander around. And then to add more troubles to their already troubled lives, a dead body is found on the floor with a long lost friend ringing the bell to their door. How would they manage everything without getting caught?

Kavi helps the boys in disposing of the dead body of Aparna. Just as they grapple with the truth and contemplate their next step, Tarini decides to come back and visit Subbu. Nikhil does all he can to stop his marriage with Mausam. The girls, Mausam, Tarini and Natasha, step out to party leaving the boys alone at home. Disaster strikes when the house bell rings. Who is it at the door? What is the new challenge the boys will have to face?
