Pyschologist Manu Serrono finds himself in no doubt some trouble of his own, whilst attempting to help others in need. Facing the most critical decision of his life, he never anticipates the worse is yet to come.

Brenda realises her love and affection isn't welcomed after she confides in her boss, the man she loves and the man she works for, Manu. Manu on the other hand, has a hidden love and whilst Brenda's heart breaks, she decides to leave this Troubled Town.

Therese, pretends to be the loyal wife of gangster mob Billy Khalil, while her true feelings lie for her former love, Tony Samos, Billy's opposition. Therese's deception to Billy regarding their son turns out to be a matter of life and death.

Billy's rage towards those in his way turns to evil when he finds out that his son Ramy, isn't really who he is. After battling his mother's illness, Billy tries to come to terms with her Advanced Dementia. Ruling this town with drugs and crime, he eventually turns to someone he least expects.

The notorious drug boss Tony Samos is released from jail after serving 6 years for a crime that he blames Billy Khalil for. After reuniting with a past Love, Tony finds out he fathered a child who was killed by Billy Khalil in a horrific car accident.
