The first two inmates arrive. Now the real fun begins.

As the participants settle into jail, inmate feuds and power plays bring them face to face with real danger.

Zone 500 is raided due to a shank made by a fellow inmate. In zone 600, Matt is concerned he might have to fight his cellmate. Jaclin put everyone at odds, and Stephanie is her target as well.

The participants toe the line between blowing their cover or going full inmate, all the while trying to stay focused on their purpose in the midst of wild parties and difficult cellmates.

Stephanie uses drugs to bond with her fellow inmates; Jaclin's clothing line brings pink flare and positivity to the inmates but causes problems with the officers.

A gas scare occurs in the women's pod; a football kitty goes missing in 500 prompting a gang fight; a new inmate in 600 tests Matt.

When Jaclin tries to help Stephanie switch rooms, it puts a target on Jaclin's back, Emmanuel also becomes a target when he tries to break up a fight, and a rumor about Andrew being gay could put him in harm's way.

Two participants struggle with the decision to leave the program early, while the others attempt to keep their wits as they finish the back half of their time in the Fulton County Jail.

Matt wrestles with the most devastating moment of his life, Jaclin regrets leaving the program, Alan gets a mysterious new cellmate, and the inmates throw an unforgettable birthday party for Angele.

After an emotional breakdown, Alan is not sure he can continue in the program, Nate expands his meth investigation, Johnny defends a female officer, and Angele falls deeper in love with Gabrielle.

Angele blows her cover and the colonel decides to pull her out. She puts everyone in danger.

The colonel decides to shut down the program and get everybody out. The debriefing is done and everyone is sent home, but not all is well.

After the most shocking finale in the program's history, all nine participants sit down with journalist Soledad O'Brien and Col. Mark Adger to discuss their experiences at the jail.
