WeiJen Liao was born on Jul 15, 1991 in Taiwan. WeiJen Liao's big-screen debut came with The Willow Man directed by Michael Scordakis in 2019.

WeiJen Liao was born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan. She carried her ballet dance background into the film entertainment industry. In 2014, she went to the Academy of Art University to major in acting and later graduated in 2020 from San Francisco State University's theatre performance department with a B.A. She continues to dedicate herself to ballet and being a commercial and film working actress in the Bay Area. She also wrote, produced, and acted in the movie MING, where the story of a daughter and father's relationship leads the daughter to realize her identity to make a change. WeiJen loves meditation, exercising, hiking, horseback riding, boxing, reading, and writing. She likes to keep creating more possibilities in her communities to support others.
