Stephen Marinaccio continues to gain experience working in various positions on feature films, television series and reality productions. With a varied background working in aspects such as development, production, post and marketing while shooting worldwide in 22+ countries, Marinaccio understands taking a project from script to screen requires concentration, teamwork, and lots of patience.After working at a local CBS affiliate, he became the youngest Director of News for a CBS Affiliate - but news was not his calling. While there, he worked on a number of projects and also managed the Oscar campaign for one of their films.In 2014, he was the lead UPM on the highest-budgeted premiere season for a television series to that date, Marco Polo for Netflix.In 2016, he was hired as interim VP of Television Production at Paramount to help oversee productions during a transition of staff within the studio's division, shepherding shows such as 13 Reasons Why and The Alienist to their green-light.As of this writing (mid-2020), Marinaccio is the lead UPM on the top-rated Amazon series, Jack Ryan, shooting across seven countries starting in 2021.In addition, Marinaccio writes for LineProducing.com, a website he created to help others understand the often perplexing details involved with the position.
