Stav Ozdoba was born on Aug 14, 1978 in Israel. Stav Ozdoba's big-screen debut came with Lenny the Wonder Dog directed by Oren Goldman in 2005.

Ozdoba was born and raised in Israel. As a recruit in the Israel Defense Forces, he served in the Communication Film Corps, where he developed his skills in editing, writing, and directing. He arrived in Los Angeles eight years ago, at the age of 22, to embark on his dream of writing and directing films. Two years later, one of Hollywood's most prominent independent filmmakers, Scott Rosenfelt produced Ozdoba's first feature film: "Final Draft", which he co-wrote and co-directed. "Final Draft" was selected for such film festivals as the Victoria Film Festival, the Orange County Film Festival and the Jerusalem Film Festival. The film received great reviews in many leading entertainment newspapers including Variety and Filmmaker Magazine. It was also featured at Tel Aviv's Cinemateque theater. Following his writing and directorial debut, Yariv was hired to write and direct a second feature film. Joined again by Scott Rosenfelt Ozdoba co-wrote and co-directed with a family movie starring Craig Ferguson ("The Big Tease", "Saving Grace" and "The Drew Carry Show"), Kathy Kinney ("The Drew Carry Show"), Joe Morton ("Brother From Another Planet", "Terminator 2" and "Speed"), and Andy Richter ("Andy Richter Controls the Universe"). The movie is being distributed in several counties around the world and is shown on Showtime domestically. After two features, Ozdoba decided to make a short movie about runaway teens and heroin addiction, a subject dear to his heart. After months of intense research and rehearsals Ozdoba produced, wrote and directed his short film, Dandelions. Dandelions received the best short film award at the Harlem Int'l Film Festival and played in several other film festivals in the U.S and around the world. After the completion of Dandelions, Ozdoba, having liked the producing side of the film industry decided to take on another producing challenge and produced Perez Arjona's short film Morpheus' Arms.
