Siboney Lo was born on Halloween, 1978 in Santiago, Chile. Her heritage is a mix of Italian & Chilean. She speaks fluent English, Italian & Spanish.Siboney attended high school in the United States where she studied at the Archbishop Chapelle High School in Metairie, Louisiana, and was a member of the prestigious Arts Honor Society of New Orleans. At this time she also attended John Casablanca, New Orleans Modeling School.She majored in theater, minored in the Arts and in Mythology of Theatre in Education at the highly regarded U.C. (Catholic University of Santiago de Chile a.k.a. Pontificia Universidad Católica de Santiago de Chile).In 1999 Siboney Lo worked with Gonzalo Justiniano (co-producer of Motorcycle Diaries), and became known throughout the world for her portrayal of Marta in the film "El Leyton" a.k.a. "Until Death Do Us Apart". She was awarded the "Best Actress Award" at the 2003 Miami Latin Film Festival & was "Nominated Best Actress 2003" at the Chilean Arts & Entertainment Critics Awards for her part in this film. In 2003 she received an "Outstanding Citizen Award" for the "national promotion of the arts" in Iquique, Chile. She also studied Digital Journalism in 2005, at a workshop given by the British Broadcasting Corporation & Saint Thomas University in Miami, Florida, U.S.She has resided in Miami Beach, Florida since 2003 where she operates her own production company...
