Sara Elizabeth Joyce is a Writer, Director, Art Director, and Financier. She was born February 23, 1977, in Sydney, Australia, graduated from NIDA in 1995, and The Actors Centre in 1996. From an early age, Sara performed in stage plays and musicals. From the '90s to the 2000s Sara worked on over 100 productions from stage to screen in various roles developing her skills to become a producer in Australia and Japan. Sara has worked on a number of Hollywood Productions at Fox/ Marvel Studios in Sydney in construction and actively seeks out and finances independent productions. In 2019 Sara ran for federal senate. From 2011 to 2020 Sara worked on hundreds of interviews and productions in the political arena in Digital Media. Sara is a member of the Media Entertainment Arts Alliance and on their Offshore Committee, A member of AACTA, The International Academy of Web Television, and the Australian Writers Guild, and has been a judge and a coordinator of several film festivals including the Sci-fi Film Festival Sydney, Transgender International Film Festival, Fantastic Planet International Film Festival, A Night of Horror International Film Festival, Showfest, Actionfest and NAFAfest in Sydney.
