Roman Rozengurt was born on May 7, 1981 in Luhansk, Ukraine. He moved to Israel at the age of 15. When he was student to neuro-psychology, he began to write humor sketches for KVN competition. Currently he is an experienced screenwriter of comedy, animation and web series. The most known project is "Alisa knows what to do!" children's science fiction animation series. Recently he also took part in some projects as producer.
