Puneet Prasad is a Bay Area native who was born the same day as Van Gogh, March 30. Puneet is one of the first self-declared "Indipinos" (half-Filipino & half-Indian). He studied vocals in California Catholic School and the mountains of India at NIVH, yet his musical style seems to be less classical & more cyberpunk.From a young age, he has always been in the spotlight one way or another with his extensive involvement in the athletic and the academic world. He studied math, sciences took some screenwriting & acting classes at the University of California while concurrently deejaying around Hollywood, hosting a radio show for K-Rock, participating in local theater and continuing to pursue his passion for movement by training in martial arts and wrestling on his university's team. He was also a backup dancer for several artists and starred in the UCLA independent stage play "Redemption Street" opposite Jessika Van, "MTV's Awkward".After college in LA Puneet moved to NYC where he did off-Broadway, continued deejaying, lived with Farid "Fafa" Garrabos, an international Hip Hop tour manager & Director who helped him produce a studio album with Majik Reed, danced for "The Ride" in Times Square, and was signed as a model/actor. Puneet can be spotted in national commercials, international print ads & films.
