Prabhas was born on Oct 23, 1979 in India. Prabhas's big-screen debut came with Varsham directed by Sobhan in 2004, strarring Venkat. Prabhas is known for Baahubali 2: The Conclusion directed by S.S. Rajamouli, Prabhas stars as Amarendra Baahubali and Rana Daggubati as Bhallaladeva. Prabhas has got 5 awards and 15 nominations so far. The most recent award Prabhas achieved is ETC Bollywood Business Awards. The upcoming new movie Prabhas plays is Adipurush which will be released on Jun 16, 2023.

Prabhas was born to late U. Suryanarayana Raju and Siva Kumari. His family is from Mogalturu village and later moved to bhimavaram in West Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh. He is the youngest of three children, with an elder brother Pramod Uppalapati and sister Pragathi. He is the nephew of Telugu actor Uppalapati Krishnam Raju
