Strikingly tall (5'11") and statuesque redhead Penny Vital was born on July 20, 1977, in San Antonio, Texas. The daughter of a Southern Baptist pastor, Penny moved around ten times before she was 19 and grew up primarily in isolated rural towns living a sheltered life full of rules and regulations. Vital moved to Austin, Texas in 1997. Penny graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in Photojournalism in 2002. After briefly working in the journalism field, Vital realized that it wasn't her passion in life and decided to contact a local Austin talent agency that got Vital her first national TV commercial audition which she landed. A subsequent career acting in various films followed soon thereafter.
