Pawel Ferdek /1977/ film director, screenwriter, producer. Author of several renowned documentary movies /Glass Trap, Leaders, Scrap Odyssey/ screened at main documentary film festivals around the world and on television. His fiction debut "Ki" (screenwriter) was acclaimed by critics and audiences in Poland and abroad, being premiered at Venice Film Festival. Pawel Ferdek is a member of European Film Academy. He's also a traveler, photographer and teacher. In 2020 he is releasing documentary feature "Pollywood" (opening film at 60th Krakow Film Festival 2020, co-produced with HBO) and feature fiction "Agung", entirely shot on Indonesian islands Java and Bali.Pawel Ferdek graduated from International Relations at Warsaw University, Andrzej Wajda Film School and Werner Herzog's Rogue Film School in Los Angeles.
