Nils Lagergren

Nils Lagergren was born on July 27, 1965 in Täby, Stockholm, Sweden as Nils Erik Mårten Lagergren. He made his screen debut in 1974 but has since then only acted occasionally and mostly in smaller parts. In 1987 he co-founded the independent film company LGL-film (together with Claes Ljunghorn and Fredrik Gynge) and produced, directed and wrote several short films. The last of these was Södermalm/Stockholm (2003). Between 1990 and 2010 he worked in the TV industry as producer, director, scriptwriter, creative consultant and format developer. Since 2010 he has been working in the VFX industry, first as VFX producer on films like Attack the Block (2011) and Underworld Awakening (2012) and later as Marketing Director.
