Morgan Millogo was born on Dec 11, 1983 in USA. Morgan Millogo's big-screen debut came with Seconds directed by Staci Bernstein in 2008.

Morgan Elizabeth was born in Houston, Texas. Her family moved back to the Pacific Northwest when she was two. In 2002, she graduated from Wahkiakum High School, which is located in Wahkiakum County, the smallest county in the state of Washington. She graduated with 40 classmates and then went on to study film at New York University. While in New York, she joined an acting group run by Tish Hill. The group focused on intensive scene studies using various methods, but mainly their work was inspired by the teachings of Larry Moss. Also, Morgan was one of the original members of the Fusion Film Festival, a festival put on by NYU students that celebrates female filmmakers and pushes for more male and female collaborations starting in film school. Guests of this festival have included Rebecca Miller, Julie Taymor, Mary Harron, Ellen Kuras, Miranda July, Nancy Savoca, Karyn Kusama, and many more. By the second year, Morgan was on the executive board of the festival. The festival still continues on to this day. In 2006 Morgan relocated to Seattle where she was a part of the Indie film community in front of and behind the camera. Morgan also took Burlesque 101 through Miss Indigo Blue's Academy of Burlesque. She trained with Miss Indigo Blue, The Shanghai Pearl, Inga Ingenue, and Honeysuckle Hype. This was the beginning of her career as an Erotic Performance Artist. Her alter-ego Va Gina Velvet's various works included emceeing, burlesque, modeling, photography, acting, and writing. Behind the scenes she worked as a rotating stage manager at Burlesque Behind The Pink Door, was the Media Maven for BurlyCon 2010, and part of the show coordination/production team for The Academy of Burlesque's Alumni Shows in 2010.In October 2010, Morgan's father unexpectedly passed away catapulting Morgan into a new phase of her life that included traveling and deep soul searching and becoming a Certified Contemporary Shamanic Practitioner.Morgan has an eclectic background. Having experienced the world with communities who consider themselves on the fringes of society has blessed her with unique perspectives and a determination to support voices of the disenfranchised.2017-2020 Morgan worked at InsideRisk, LLC, developing and producing content for worldwide immersive live events, interactive live television specials, and interactive podcasts that dive into critical decision making through harrowing true stories.In 2020, Morgan released her six episode limited web series Tabs & Clea, which was her first big project since her father passed.Morgan is now based in the Hudson Valley as a writer, actor, director and producer. She is an active member of Upstate New York Women in Film and Television and looks to collaborate with teams who create meaningful storytelling experiences with diverse and inclusive voices.
