Michelle Biloon was born in Fullerton, California. She moved to Grantsburg, Wisconsin in 1987. She went to college at the University of Wisconsin at Madison. After college, she moved to Austin, Texas. It was in Austin at the Velveeta Room on Sixth St. where she started to do stand-up comedy. She lived in Austin for five years and performed there for the last four of those years. In 2004, she moved to Hollywood, CA where she now lives.
