In 2013, Kane was selected as one of Screen International's Stars of Tomorrow. His directorial feature debut, Auggie, was released by Samuel Goldwyn Films and Myriad Pictures in 2019. Kane is based in Los Angeles where he co-founded independent production company Thundercane Productions.
