Marco Cortesi is an actor and director. Graduated at the Accademia Nazionale d'Arte Drammatica "Silvio D'Amico" in Rome, he developed his artistic production by making journalistic investigation shows on the main historical events of the 20th Century. Among his theatrical works: "Le donne di Pola", "L'esecutore" and "La scelta". He is also the author and actor of "Rwanda", a monologue testifying to the events of the Rwandan genocide. He is co-author and actor of "Rwanda", a film transposition of the homonymous theatre show. His latest show "Die Mauer" explores the history of the Berlin Wall.
