Lauren is a teacher, mentor, and advocate for individual achievement and excellence. Lauren is a recent award winning International Speaker in cinema and media from the Women of Excellence.She also has had the honor of judging many bodybuilding events for the USA and thru-out the world. Lauren's passion for fitness, health and wellness has made her own events not only fair but an amazing opportunity for all athletes to experience along with spectators. Her events host numerous vendors in a fitness expo that allows for further education of her industry.
