Lacin Ceylan was born in Izmir. He graduated from Izmir Private Turkish College. He graduated from Hacettepe University, Ankara State Conservatory Theater Department in 1989. He made Cuneyt Gökçer's assistant. Between 1993-1998 he entered acting and voice education classes at the Ankara State Conservatory.
