His one man show Out of the Bog, directed by Andy Jones, has enjoyed success from St. John's to Victoria. Harris did more dramatic turn for the feature film Grown Up Movie Star, with which he attended the 2010 Sundance Film Festival. Harris currently plays Constable George Crabtree on CityTV's crime-drama The Murdoch Mysteries, for which he has garnered two Gemini nominations for best supporting-lead in a dramatic series.
