John Ceallach was born 18 February 1972 in Biloxi, Mississippi. John Ceallach's father was a Boston, Massachusetts native and his mother was from the Biloxi, Mississippi area (Pass Christian). He had small roles in films and TV as a child and teenager. John attended college for short time, before enlisting in the US Navy as a Hospital Corpsman (Naval medical corps). He served alongside the Navy and the US Marines during the Gulf War era. John left military active duty a few years later, transferred to reserve military and went on to work in state and local law enforcement while completing his college degree.In 2001 while working as a State Police officer, he was selected for a national television show with the ABC television network. However, it was canceled at the time of the September 11th attacks. In response to the pending war, he switched to the US Army Reserve (U.S. Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command). He served in Iraq and other places as a US Soldier and later as a US Govt. protective service officer (Contracted) with the Department of Defense for several years.He returned to the United States to work as military tactics and warfare instructor near Los Angeles that gave him the chance to pursue his goals in the entertainment industry using prior gained skills to work as a writer, actor and military advisor for film and television.
