Jesse Collins started his acting career doing theatre. He then branched out into TV and movies. Collins has become known for his role as Officer Katts in Rintintin junior (1988) (a.k.a. "Katts and Dog"). He is also known for his part as Major Bush in Aigle de fer II (1988). He has since done such movies as Super Noël (1994) with Tim Allen, and Darkman II - Le retour de Durant (1995). Collins has also had experience working on the other side of the camera, as he directed a few episodes of "Katts and Dog."
