Jason Foxworth

Jason Foxworth

actor, writer, director

Jason Foxworth was born on Sep 16, 1975 in USA. Jason Foxworth's big-screen debut came with The Overbrook Brothers directed by John E. Bryant in 2009.

In his hometown of Austin Texas, Jason was never an ordinary child. While others toiled to prepare themselves for football and fraternities, Jason was driven by a desire to make people laugh. Never the fastest, but always the funniest, Jason charged into every creative outlet he could access. During the High School production of "Lil' Abner", Jason found an area in which he could effortlessly shine. The faculty that had once abhorred his wit in their classroom, were on their feet applauding. Shortly after graduation, Jason moved to Florida. While following in the footsteps of most youths, those long anxious hours spent searching for the right answer in life's multiple choice test, Jason left Florida with a sense of purpose. Austin and acting are where Jason feels at home. After several small roles and grip work, Jason won the lead role in the short film, "Death for Sale". Both "Death for Sale", and Jason's performance were well received in the local film festival circuit. Jason then landed another starring role in the short film, "Oh My God". This award-winning short film screened in film festivals from Italy to Japan, but most notably; it earned a spot on the screens at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah. Jason is currently in production on another short film set for screening in the spring of 2006.
