Gustavo Fontele Dourado was born on Jan 20, 1992 in Brazil. Gustavo Fontele Dourado's big-screen debut came with Delírios do cotidiano directed by Gustavo Fontele Dourado in 2023.

He was born in capital of Brazil, Brasília. Gustavo Fontele Dourado is son of writer/journalist Maria Félix Fontele and writer Francisco Gustavo de Castro Dourado (his father is known as Gustavo Dourado or Amargedom). The filmmaker graduated on Film and Digital Media from IESB University Center and completed CG course from School of Art, Games and Animation and nowadays He takes the Game Design Course at the same institution. His major works are In Memoriam (2018), My Phantom Children (2021) and the animation Internet of Dead (TBD). He worked as executive producer in No Rastro das Cargueiras (2020), Prêmio Pierre Verger Winner in 2020 and as local producer and assistant producer in TV Series Antena da Raça (2018), which feature film version was selected for Cannes Film Festival 2020 - Cannes Classics. He won a national literary prize with poem "Incompletude" which was published in the book Sarau Brasil 2014 and another prize with poem "Inveja Criativa". He wants to direct his first feature film and usually works on cultural and film projects as executive producer and editor on advertising and music videos. Some other works: a book as executive producer in partnership with the publishing company Confraria do Vento from Rio de Janeiro and the webcomic Ciça - The Saci-Girl (nominee in HQMIX).
