She is known for her roles in Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan (2018), Carrie (2013), Showtime's Total Recall 2070 (1999), and Whale Music (1994), which was nominated for Best Picture In Canada. She has played the lead role in 19 films and has been in roughly 245 episodes of television. In 2014, Cynthia branched out and added producing to her resume by pitching a memoir that was made into a movie on the Lifetime Television Network, as well as writing, directing, and editing. Cynthia is the voice of Princess Zelda in The Legend of Zelda cartoons. Cynthia played Ophelia in Playhouse West's production of Hamlet in Los Angeles. The short film MUTE that Cynthia produced and stars in is on the festival circuit and won Best Thriller at the Imagine This Women's Film Festival, won The Platinum Remi Award at Worldfest Houston International Film Festival, and was awarded Honorable Mention at both the Toronto International Women Film Festival and The Blue Ridge Film Festival. Cynthia was nominated for Best Performance at the Hollywood North Film Awards for her portrayal of Monette in Mute. Cynthia is currently writing a feature film, and a series, producing two VR projects and has signed on to direct two short films.
