Coca Andronescu

Coca Andronescu was born on Jul 03, 1932 in Romania. Coca Andronescu's big-screen debut came with Badaranii directed by Sica Alexandrescu in 1960. Coca Andronescu was born in the town of Pătârlagele in Buzău County, Romania. She graduated in 1953 from Cluj Theater Institute, where she worked as an actress for a while. Later moved to Bucharest where she was part of the team of actors at the National Theater. Although theater was her first love, she also played notable roles in feature films/TV roles. She formed a famous duo alongside Octavian Cotescu playing the roles of "Tanţa and Costel", a very comical young couple in a TV series that ran on the national television network between 1962 and 1973.
