Chris was born in Eugene, Oregon, growing up in Utah and Washington. After high school he moved to New York City and attended the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, graduating in 2012. While in school, he did his first short film, Shabbat Dinner, which went on to play over 50 festivals for nearly two years. Since then he's acted in a smattering of short films and web series, the most notable being Beaner, SEND, and Stranger than Nixon. While attending NYCDA, he started developing skills writing, directing, filming, and editing his own web series and short films to practice when he wasn't working on other projects. The most notable culmination was the short film Cyberpunch, which he co-wrote and played a supporting role in, doing sound work when he wasn't on camera.
