Charytin

Charytin was born on May 23, 1954 in Dominican Republic. Charytin's big-screen debut came with Yuniol directed by Alfonso Rodríguez in 2007. Charytin is known for Broche de Oro: Comienzos directed by Raúl Marchand Sánchez, Georgina Borri stars as Iris and Shorty Castro as Jorge. The upcoming new movie Charytin plays is Broche de Oro: Comienzos which will be released on Feb 01, 2018.

Discovered by famed show producer Elin Ortiz while dancing on a television program in the Dominican Republic, Charytin was swept from obscurity and into the world of entertainment. Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Charytin became a major star with her variety show "El Show de Charytin" which aired for many years on the Univision network. Currently she spends her time filming Spanish-language television commercials and co-hosting the show "Escandalo TV" on Univision.
