Lovely and shapely blonde looker Carolyn Ann Komant was born in New York City. She's of mixed Russian and Danish descent. Her older sister was a model. Carolyn won the title Queen of the Beach in 1958 in a local beauty pageant in Hampton, New Hampshire. Komant was crowned Miss Maine in 1959 and was one of fifteen semi-finalists in the Miss USA contest held in Long Beach, California that same year. She signed a $135 weekly contract with Warner Brothers in November, 1959. In April, 1960 Carolyn was the Queen of the 34th Annual Newball Saugus Rodeo at Saugus Stadium.
