Carl Monson was born Carl Jay Williams on September 2, 1932 in Los Angeles County, California. Monson began his career in show business at the prestigious Pasadena Playhouse's School of Theatre. In 1964 Carl founded the critically acclaimed invitational playhouse the Curtain Call Theater in North Hollywood, California with his first wife
