Lee, Michael Cuesta, Will Speck/Josh Gordon, Miguel Arteta, Lodge Kerrigan, Ramin Bahrani, Dito Montiel and Rebecca Miller.After graduating from NYU/Tisch School of the Arts, he spent 3 years overseeing the development and delivery of several critically acclaimed independent films in New York City such as Michael Almeryda's "Hamlet", Jill and Karen Sprecher's "Thirteen Conversations About One Thing" and Steven Shainberg's "Secretary".In 2002, Brian co-founded Notable Features and began producing independent narrative features including Rebecca Miller's films: "Personal Velocity" (winner of the 2002 Sundance Grand Jury Prize and The Independent Sprit Award's John Cassavetes Award) and "The Ballad of Jack and Rose" starring Daniel Day-Lewis; Lodge Kerrigan's "Keane" (winner of the 2005 Deauville Film Festival) and Michael Cuesta's "Twelve and Holding" (for which Brian was nominated for The Independent Sprit Award's John Cassavetes Award for producing in 2007).In 2008, Brian began his migration away from independent films and into the studio realm, producing more features, including Will Speck and Josh Gordon's "The Switch" starring Jennifer Aniston and Jason Bateman (Miramax wide release in May 2010); Miguel Arteta's "Cedar Rapids" starring Ed Helms and John C. Reilly (Fox release in December 2010); Jason Reitman's "Young Adult" starring Charlize Theron (Paramount wide release in November 2011);, David Frankel's "Hope Springs" starring Meryl Streep, Tommy Lee Jones and Steve Carell (Columbia wide release in July 2012); Malcolm D. Lee and David Zucker's "Scary Movie 5" (Weinstein wide release in April 2013); Nicholas Stoller's "Neighbors" starring Seth Rogen and Zac Efron (Universal #1 wide release in May 2014) and "22 Jump Street" starring Jonah Hill, Channing Tatum and Ice Cube (Columbia #1 wide release in June 2014). In 2014, Brian produced "Sisters" for Universal Pictures starring Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, releasing at #3 in December 2015 and "Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk", directed by Ang Lee - which Columbia released in November 2016. Brian produced Todd Haynes' "Wonderstruck", written by Brian Selznick and starring Julianne Moore and Michelle Williams - Amazon Studios and FilmNation released in 2017. In 2018 he produced "Gemini Man", directed by Ang Lee and starring Will Smith and Clive Owen. The film was released by Paramount Pictures in October 2019.Most recently Brian produced Noah Baumbach's "White Noise" starring Adam Driver, Greta Gerwig and Don Cheadle. The film was based on the highly celebrated Don DeLillo novel of the same name. The movie will open both The Venice and New York Film Festivals in 2022 and will be release Q4 of 2022.
