Blaz Zavrsnik (Slovenian pronunciation, blush zha-ver-shnik) is a Slovenian film director.Blaz Zavrsnik is part of a group of Slovenian young film makers often referred to as "slovenian new wave". He was born in Celje, Slovenia. After graduating in architecture, he studied film directing at the Slovenian National Film School AGRFT. He is best known for his short films Nad mestom se dani (2012), Amelia (2012), Adagio (2015) and his first feature film Pot v raj (2014).
