Benjamin Joseph Mora Hopkins aka Benny Blanquito aka Tha Kid was born and raised in New York City, specifically the Boogie Down Bronx. He's half Hispanic, half W.A.S.P, full Papi.He started his career in Los Angeles working on "Californication" and "House of Lies", and soon after booked co- and TOS guest star roles on various TV shows such as NBC's "Chicago PD", "Chicago Med", "Aquarius". He has also produced and starred in multiple acclaimed short films, along with the comedy pilot "Dope Boys". He was featured in Annapurna Interactive's acclaimed live-action video game "Telling Lies" with Logan Marshall-Green. His most recent credits include The CW's "4400", Apple TV+'s "The Shining Girls" and AMC's "61st Street". He will be featured in David Duchovny's upcoming film "Bucky F*cking Dent".He trains at Lesly Kahn & Co. He also trained in the theatre at the Beverly Hills Playhouse for 7 years.
