Ashwani Kumar

Ashwani Kumar was born on Feb 17, 1975 in India. Ashwani Kumar's big-screen debut came with Love Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega directed by Eeshwar Nivas in 2001, strarring Visitor in Art Gallery.

Ashwani Kumar is a screenplay and dialogue writer working mainly for the Indian television sitcoms. He is a post-graduate in Indian Theatre from Panjab University, Chandigarh. Before turning to professional writing for films and television, he had been an actor and a part of the direction team for a couple of films. But after having written the dialogue as a co-writer along with Pankaj Advani for the film 'Sankat City', for which he was the Chief Assistant Director also, he turned a full-time writer for films and television sitcoms. He resides in Mumbai and has a flair for situational comedy.
