Antonia Ellis

Antonia Ellis was born on Apr 30, 1944 in UK. Antonia Ellis's big-screen debut came with Chitty Chitty Bang Bang directed by Ken Hughes in 1968.

About 1965 she had been dancing in Beirut when a passing Japanese dance company which had lost it's lead dancer invited her to join them. The problem was that an exit visa was needed to leave Beirut and she didn't have one so the dance company smuggled her into the departure lounge where she sat with the company. After delays she eventually arrived in Athens then eventually on to London where she continued with her dancing.
