Ann Rezanni Filippou was born in Greece. artist, at the age of 6 she took her first dancing lessons.She is of Greek, Turkish and Persian descent. Rezanni grew up in Athens, and her career went on as a dancer till 2003, the year that she became a student in the "School of Dramatic Arts" and started working as an actress for the Greek television and theater. Meanwhile in 2008 she started her studies in Medicine at the University of Athens. Since 2009 she lives mostly in Thessaloniki, Greece and is involved in the local film festival.
