Aleksey Konsovskiy was an Honored Artist of the RSFSR (27.01.1964). National Artist of the RSFSR (13.04.1976). He graduated from the Technical School at the Theater named after V.E. Meyerhold (1933), until 1935 he was the actor of this theater. In 1935-1936 Konsovskiy was the artist of the studio under the direction of N. P. Khmelev. In 1936-1938 he was the artist of the Moscow TRAM, from January to June 1938 - the Leningrad Comedy Theater, since 1938 he worked at the Moscow Theater of Lenin's Komsomol and the theater "Comedy". In 1940-1944 Konsovskiy was the artist of the studio "Soyuzdetfilm", in January 1944-1950 and in December 1953-1986 - artist of the Moscow Theater named after the Moscow City Council, in February 1950-1953 - artist of the Moscow Theater named after M. N. Ermolova. Duplicated foreign films, voiced animations, popular science and documentary films. Aleksey Konsovskiy passed away on July 20, 1991 in Moscow.
