Sanjeev Rai lives a wealthy lifestyle in England along with his wife, Nandini, who is quite naive and the couple are childless. Differences crop up between them prompting Sanjeev to request a co-passenger, Rahul, during a train ride, to kill her on the condition that Sanjeev will kill Preeti, Rahul's wife, who is the bread-winner, and appears to have many male friends who she prefers to spend all her free time with.
